Bassani Manufacturing USA manufactures a range of motorcycle exhaust products, including systems designed for both street use and closed-course competition.

California (CARB) and Emissions-Regulated States: Under the California Air Resources Board (CARB) regulations and the federal Clean Air Act, it is illegal to install any device that modifies or removes a vehicle's emissions control system on vehicles operated on public roads or highways. Certain Bassani products are designed and sold for closed-course competition or off-road use only and are not legal for street use in California or in other states that have adopted California emissions standards.

49-State Compliant Products: Select Bassani systems are offered in 49-state compliant versions that incorporate catalytic converters. These products are noted as such and are intended for use in states that have not adopted California-specific emissions requirements. Even where a product is 49-state legal, it may not be legal for street use in California or CARB states.

Buyer Responsibility: It is the responsibility of the buyer to determine the legality of any Bassani product for use in their specific state and application prior to purchase and installation. Bassani Manufacturing USA assumes no responsibility for the illegal use, installation, or operation of its products.

Competition Products: Products designated for competition or off-road use are intended solely for vehicles that will never be operated on public roads. Installation of these products on a street-operated vehicle may violate federal and state law.
